SPO.AGRO-INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. signed a supply contract.

The power station uses 100% EFB as fuel to burn, namely: EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH, which is the string of palm. To put it briefly, palm plant fuel is divided into three parts, namely: fiber (that is, the remaining material after palm oil is squeezed from palm fruit, with low calorific value: 2999KCA/KG), shell (the shell of palm fruit, which has a high calorific value). , Like coal, the price is also very expensive.), there is this string EFB (low calorific value at 1818KCAL/KG). The water content of palm skewers is very high, and the moisture content of natural untreated skewers can reach 70%. This is a very staggering number. After treatment, the moisture should be above 50%. In order for the customer to ensure the reliability of this 100% EFB boiler, the payment method accepted is very harsh, namely: no letter of credit, only a payment guarantee, and a conditional payment guarantee.

Since then, we have discussed the feasibility of 100% EFB plant fuel boilers with experts many times, brought back fresh EFB fuel, and found the fuel analysis room of Tsinghua University, conducted detailed physical analysis, and drew a theoretical basis. . Finally came up with a preliminary plan, that is: considering the low melting point of the fuel ash, we reduce the temperature of the grate through excess air to ensure that the grate does not coke; the two-stage grate solves the problem of moisture dispersion, so that the moisture is in the first place. The first-level grate has been fully dispersed; there is also a way to ensure the output of the boiler while reducing the temperature of the grate.

Finally, after our unremitting efforts, the customer approved the company's plan and first ordered a 35t/h palm plant fuel boiler. Although the total contract value is only RMB 11 million, it is the first step for us to successfully enter the power plant market in Thailand.
