On July 19, 2016, The government of Dongli District in Tianjin, China held a signing ceremony which theme is "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei project of Collaborative development and technological innovation". Totally 88 companies, including the central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, universities and outstanding private enterprises, participated in this ceremony. This time, the Dongli District government attracted 11 intelligent manufacturing projects, 21 modern service projects, 15 bio pharmaceutical and medical equipment projects, 11 new materials and new energy projects, 10 car-related projects. Among them, 47 projects come from Hebei Province and Beijing City, and more than half of the enterprises are from Beijing,Tianjin City and Hebei Province. The total amount of these projects investment agreements is about 89.5 hundred million yuan, and the output value is expected to reach 126 hundred million yuan after putting into operation, covering the fields of intelligent manufacturing, electronic commerce, import and export trade as well as the "Internet plus" and etc.. Tianjin Dongli District Party Committee Secretary Shang Binyi, and Yang Maorong, Yuan Shufa, Li Ziying, Yang Hao, the deputy director of the Municipal Scientific Committee Li Baochun and leading officials of other related departments attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by the deputy Party Committee Secretary Bai Fengxiang.
